All ticket purchases for the Mastermind Hair Show are non refundable. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy in full. No exceptions will be made based on personal schedule conflicts, travel issues, illness, or change of mind.

TICKET TRANSFERS
TICKET TRANSFERS
Tickets are transferable to another individual at no additional cost. To transfer your ticket, you must submit a written request to [email] no later than July 10, 2026. Transfers requested after this date cannot be guaranteed and are subject to availability and staff capacity.
Mastermind Hair Show LLC is not responsible for tickets sold or transferred through third parties. Only transfers processed through official channels will be honored at the door.

In the unlikely event that Mastermind Hair Show is cancelled entirely by the organizer, ticketholders will receive a full credit toward a future Mastermind Hair Show event. Credits are non transferable and valid for one year from the date of cancellation.
Mastermind Hair Show LLC is not responsible for any travel, lodging, or other costs incurred by attendees in the event of a cancellation.

Mastermind Hair Show LLC shall not be liable for cancellations, postponements, or modifications resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, government orders, public health emergencies, or venue closures. In such events, credits toward a future event will be offered at the sole discretion of the organizer. Refunds will not be issued.
